A personalized take on our appliqué collection, this custom quarter zip features your credentials in patterned twill appliqué with your embroidered name stitched across the design.
The appliqué letters are stitched onto the left chest for a bold, dimensional finish while keeping the design clean and professional. Each credential design measures approximately 3.5" tall.
Personalization:
Choose up to 3 letters for your credential or certification, such as RN, LPN, NP, RRT, MSN, BSN, CNA, or another short title. Your embroidered name is stitched across the appliqué letters.
Please note:
The sample patch shows your selected appliqué print. Credential letters do not preview live, but your quarter zip will be made with the letters entered. The embroidered name preview will update live.
