All Best Seller items ship within 7 to 10 days from the date your order is placed. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Because all personalized and embroidered products are made to order, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If a customization or embroidery error occurs on our end, we’ll gladly replace the item with the same size and design originally ordered.
