MacAttack Gear is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Colors and images shown online cannot be guaranteed to match physical products due to display variations.
For personalized or embroidered products, the customer is responsible for ensuring all spelling, text accuracy, and personalization details are submitted correctly at checkout.
MacAttack Gear is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

SECTION 18 – SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM TERMS
By enrolling in our SMS/MMS program, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required to purchase.

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. A confirmation message will be sent.

Privacy:

Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver:

FLORIDA DISCLOSURE (if applicable)
For Florida residents, certain automated mobile messages may not be considered “telephonic sales calls” under Florida Statutes when sent in direct response to a customer request.
