MacAttackGear allows returns or exchanges for unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

Customized and embroidered products are excluded from returns and exchanges, as each is made to order. Should an embroidery or customization error occur on our part, we will promptly replace the item with the same size and design.For any inquiries, please contact orders@macattackgear.com with your order details.

To keep your personalized sweatshirt looking great, wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on a warm setting. Do not use fabric softener.
