Orders ship within 7 to 10 days from the date your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

MacAttackGear accepts returns or exchanges for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt.

Because all personalized and embroidered products are made to order, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If a customization or embroidery error occurs on our end, we’ll gladly replace the item with the same size and design originally ordered. For assistance, please email orders@macattackgear.com with your order details.

To keep your personalized tee shirt looking great, wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on a warm setting. Do not use fabric softener.
In the case of non-customized tee shirts, they can be washed as usual. To ensure the best care and preserve your garment, please refer to the care details in the product description.
