Returns/ Refund Policy
Personalized or customized items have been created specifically for you and you alone so we can not accept returns. With that being said, I'd prefer to have happy customers, so please contact me :-)
Sizing issues: We provide size charts on every product page. All product pages contain size charts from the manufacturer so please make sure that you use these guides and order accordingly.
We also understand that size charts are useless if you don't actually measure your chest. If you have any questions please let us know prior to placing an order and we can help you make your decision. For every product we also offer the actual measurements for that particular item, so please contact us and we'll send you the chart!
If we have made an error in your customization and or in the garment we will ship a replacement out immediately.
If there is an issue with the garment itself, ie. broken zipper, ripped pocket, etc., please contact us within 6 months and we will replace it. We stand behind all of our products and again prefer to have customers happy!
We are not responsible for your spelling errors. All orders are immediately sent a receipt upon purchase which shows your spelling and size choice, so please check your receipt!
RETURNS for Non Personalized Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition, which is not able to be resold is not eligible for return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For items that you wish to return that were non-customized, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do not return Personalized items without prior consent. We typically do not request the return of items where we made the error, so please donate them to a clothing bank of your choice. If we have made an error and request the item back we will let you know and pay for the shipping. Items returned to us without prior consent will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
