REFUND & RETURN POLICY

MacAttack Gear is committed to producing high-quality custom apparel and accessories. Because many of our products are made to order and personalized, our return policies differ based on the type of item purchased.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)
Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized items, all customized, embroidered, or name-specific products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless:

there is a manufacturing or embroidery error made by MacAttack Gear, or
-
the item arrives with a verified defect or damage
Customer-submitted details (including spelling, credentials, placement, sizing, or personalization text) are the full responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to refund or remake items due to customer input errors.
2. DEFECTS OR ORDER ERRORS (RARE)
If you believe your order contains an error made by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@macattackgear.com and include:

Your order number
-
A clear photo of the issue
-
A description of the defect or error
Claims submitted after 7 days, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible for replacement.
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will replace the item at no cost in the same size, style, and personalization originally ordered.
3. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Unworn, unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

unused and in original condition
-
unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or pet hair
-
returned with all original packaging/tags
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is legally considered fulfilled and becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
MacAttack Gear is not responsible for:

packages marked delivered but not received
-
theft after delivery
-
incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
We will gladly provide tracking details so you may file a claim with the carrier.
5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because all items are made to order and we do not carry inventory, any request to change, edit, or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or submitted to our supplier, and changes are no longer guaranteed.
We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but once materials are ordered, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

6. SHIPPING FEES & REPLACEMENTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Replacement shipments are only issued after validation of a defect

We do not issue refunds for “buyer’s remorse,” sizing issues, or style changes after purchase
7. RETURN ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
MacAttack Gear reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of:

repeated “damaged item” claims
-
suspected policy abuse or fraud
-
chargeback manipulation
-
false defect reports
This policy protects our small business and all honest customers.
