Because all personalized and embroidered products are made to order, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If a customization or embroidery error occurs on our end, we’ll gladly replace the item with the same size and design originally ordered.

Yes. Orders totaling $120 or more qualify for free shipping, including combo packs, unless noted otherwise. Shipping rates are shown at checkout for confirmation.

Combo pack orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 days from the time the order is placed. Once your shipping label has been created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

No. We do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped within the United States only.
