Shipping Policy


Sew Much More/ MacAttackGear  has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. Our shipping methods are USPS and for larger orders UPS.  Shipping emails are sent as soon as the shipping label has been printed.  You will also receive an email when your order has been delivered.

Sew Much More/ MacAttackGear  is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address with a confirmed delivered status.

If you have received a notification and tracking stating that your order has been delivered but you do not have it after checking all doorways, porches, etc., please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number.   Many times they have your package in their possession.

In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, Sew Much More/ MacAttackGear  does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority.

If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).

If the order is returned to Sew Much More/ MacAttackGear  marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.

Orders returned by UPS and or USPS as having an incorrect address will be held for 90 days, after which the product will be donated to a local clothing bank or disposed of at our discretion.
